Hawai‘i Meals on Wheels is so grateful for the support of our community! Because of your generosity, we’ve been able to keep up with the ongoing demand for home-delivered meals to O’ahuʻs most frail and vulnerable kūpuna.
On Kamehameha Day, we held our ‘Ohana Meal Pack Drive-Thru Fundraiser in partnership with Banquet Solutions Hawaii. Mahalo to our supporters who placed nearly 200 orders for delicious meal packs full of Hawaiian food prepared by Local 5 hotel chefs.
Thanks to our generous supporters, we raised over $16,000 to support our mission of helping kūpuna and individuals with disabilities preserve their independence at home.
A BIG mahalo to our Event Co-Chair Stacy Nakano and Walter Kinoshita who organized a fun-filled day and successful fundraiser! We are so grateful for their creativity, hard work, and dedication to our mission.We received overwhelmingly positive feedback about the meal packs! We could not have pulled off this fundraiser without our volunteers. From packing to the meals to loading them up in each vehicle, they made this drive-thru pick-up so convenient for our supporters. Mahalo for your hard work!

Thanks to your ongoing support, Hawai‘i Meals on Wheels has been able to keep up with the demand for home-delivered meals. In May, we delivered over 60,000 meals to clients on 74 routes and locations throughout O’ahu!
