It is an amazing organization benefiting people who are in need of a warm meal.
Hawaiʻi Meals on Wheels is especially important to me because of the help and comfort they provided to my grandmother when she was at home alone all day. Meals on Wheels delivered her a hot meal every day when we weren’t able to cook for her. I personally saw the difference it made in her spirit. She was not just receiving a warm meal. It brightened her spirits to see someone come say hello and make sure she was doing ok.
Hawaiʻi Meals on Wheels is not just a warm meal, it’s also a person checking in on a loved one.
