Hawai‘i Meals on Wheels has been a proud recipient of the generosity of the Friends of Hawaii Charities, a nonprofit organization that has given more than $16 million to hundreds of local nonprofit organizations since 1998 through a partnership with The Harry & Jeanette Weinberg Foundation.
The upcoming Sony Open in Hawaii PGA Tour, scheduled at Waialae Country Club from January 9 to 15, 2017, is the principal fundraising event of the Friends of Hawaii Charities.
You can support Hawai‘i Meals on Wheels by making a designated donation to Aloha for Hawaii Charities, now through January 15, 2017, at 4 pm (Hawaii).
Hawai‘i Meals on Wheels will receive 100% of your donations and, if Hawai‘i Meals on Wheels receives a total of at least $1,000 in donations, we will qualify for a “bonus boost” from a funding pool generated by Friends of Hawaii Charities from Sony Open tournament proceeds.
