During our weekly meal delivery to Waianae Coast YMCA, we shared these goodie bags with kūpuna who participate in their 'Kupuna Food & Fun' program, which offers hot lunches and wellness program activities. It's such a great way for active kūpuna to socialize with friends, stay healthy, and share a delicious meal together.
