The HMoW service delivery area is from Hawaii Kai to Kalihi, Pearl City to Aiea, Ewa, Mililani, Kaneohe, Kailua, and Waimanalo.

Meals are delivered Monday thru Friday, including all weekday holidays.
Each meal is prepared by an institutional kitchen under the supervision of a licensed dietitian and must meet 1/3 of the Recommended Daily Allowance. A regular meal consists of a hot entree, a serving of vegetables, a serving of starch, dessert (often fruit), and milk or juice. Some special diets can be accommodated (e.g. diabetic, low sodium, pureed, renal).
The actual operating cost of each delivered meal is approximately $12.00. At the end of each month, clients are asked to contribute toward a portion of the cost of meals, $5.00 for each meal, they received that month. While we encourage all clients to donate something toward the cost of their meals, we will not deny service to a client who is unable to afford the cost of his/her meals. Client contributions are accepted by check, money order, cash, VISA/Mastercard, or food stamps.
