Meals are delivered Monday thru Friday, including all weekday holidays.

Each meal is prepared by an institutional kitchen under the supervision of a licensed dietitian and must meet 1/3 of the Recommended Daily Allowance. A regular meal consists of a hot entree, a serving of vegetables, a serving of starch, dessert (often fruit), and milk or juice. Some special diets can be accommodated (e.g. diabetic, low sodium).

The actual cost we pay to the kitchen vendor is about $4.80 per meal. At the end of each month, clients are asked to contribute toward the cost of meals they received that month. While we encourage all clients to donate something toward the cost of their meals, we will not deny service to a client who is unable to afford the total cost of his/her meals. Client contributions are accepted by check, money order, cash, VISA/Mastercard, or food stamps.
